Sheila has over 30 years of experience in the development and provisions of Rehabilitation Services including long term, outpatient, and acute care service settings. Mrs. Kellagher is a Cum Laude graduate in Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 1981 and was awarded the TWU Distinguished Alumni Award for Outstanding Achievements in the Physical Therapy in 1995. She serves as adjunct facility and as a guest lecturer for several University Physical Therapy programs in Texas. She was appointed to the TWU Board of Regents in 1994, where she chaired the Board in 1998 and 1999. Sheila recently received an appointment to the University of North Texas Medical and Health Sciences School Board this year. She is highly respected in the Healthcare community as an innovator in the way that skilled therapy services are delivered to patients both through inpatient and outpatient clinical settings. Mrs. Kellagher believes in the powerful influence of statistical and quantifiable clinical data on Continuous Improvement Enhancement.
